Finally posting on the forums!

Hello everyone! Some of you may already know me, the ones that visit DV's IRC server. That's because I only signed up here to be able to chat there. Nevertheless, I've now decided to participate in the forums, too. So for those of you who don't know me, I go by the nick of Hydronic. I've learned about Lucid Dreaming from a person on IRC on October 2010. Two months later, I had my first experience with it. My LD count, at the time I'm writing this, is over 30. However, my DJ's non-LD count is only 37. I've only lately stopped being lazy and started writing in my DJ regularly. Most of my LDs are DILDs. I find DEILD pretty easy to perform, and I'm now considering trying WILD and experiencing further with MILD. I'm on IRC everyday, so if you want to talk with me, be sure to try that first. Salam!

Hi and welcome to the forums section of DV! I'm glad your having success with LDing! I've been thinking about checking out the IRC, but since I'm always on and off, I find that forums work best for me. But I'll be sure to check it out soon

Cool, well done I remember the joy of my first LD.... that was two years ago. I only found out about LDs when I had a dream where I was being chased around a hotel by a dinosaur whilst holding a bag of cranberries . How did you guys find out BTW?

How did you find out about LDing in a dream like that? :O For me, I was talking on an IRC channel, and a guy said most of his dreams are lucid. That was the first time I heard about it, and after that, of course, came the huge internet research and reading.

That was the first time I heard about it, and after that, of course, came the huge internet research and reading. Because I was suddenly like 'Hey! Why would there be a dinosaur in a hotel? It can't hurt me, I'm only dreaming' and I asked what it as called, and then found out more about LDing. ((:
