      Angry Lucid Dreaming help

      Regard the /x/ and /b/ parts, I posted this stuff on 4chan and those asses didn't help out so I come to the best board for this reason, LUCID DREAMING...
      Ok guys, so far I have been trying to lucid dream for 2 weeks now (MILD) and nothing except half numbness from trying to get to sleep paralysis. These past 4 days I've tried dream journalism and I've improved GREATLY. first 3 or 2 dreams I just had a little under a paragraph long, 2 days ago I tried OJuice, Melatonin, and Milk to help WBTB w/ vitamins and it helped my journal a lot. I could remember about a page long. Last night I had a dream, and I could somehow influence it like put the people I love and are close to inside it (very partially) control it, and I wrote down about 2 PAGES of details from it I recalled. It wasn't a lucid dream, even I know, but I have a feeling i'm getting close. I would post on 420chan, but its too slow. And people post this stuff on /x/, but its also too slow for the time I have right now. I've been going to sleep around 1:00 AM and setting my WBTB alarm for about 4:00 AM. Last night I went to sleep at 4:00 AM and tried breaking before REM at 10:00 PM. Like I said, didn't work, can someone please help me get this Lucid Dreaming going?

      It's something that, the more you work on it, the more results you get. I also believe that doing things only looking for results may defer you from the actual result. Just practice your awareness, continue to journal everyday and the lucids will come =D

      Thank you! Someone who actually REPLIES to any of my threads anywhere [] So you're telling me if I keep doing Wake Back To Bed method and Dream Journalism Lucid Dreams will be on there way? And how long will it take? One more question in this post, how long did it take for you?

      First off, never go to 4chan for anything. That place is vile and full of fucking idiots.

      You're referring to WILD, not MILD by the way. I think what you're having trouble with is realizing you're dreaming. You should start practicing ADA and doing RCs during the day. You need to be able to identify you're dreaming in order to become lucid.

      Okay where is your dream journal, this is important to have cause it will help you point out the dream signs your missing. there are ample opportunities to go lucid its just that your missing them. my perscription would be to continue wbtb, during which you study your non lucid dreams for missed dream signs, then do a mantra meditation that involves activating your critical thinking skills right before you go to sleep. namaste. hope this helps.
