Thread: n00b!!!! (<-tha's me :D )

So, I've been interested in LD for awhile and tried it once but i never got to the LD stage. Then today in me Speech class, a girl did her speech on lucidity and I was like 'yay! I wanna try that again!' then I found this site...

So...yea

I am a very musical person and I love language. I am currently a freshmen at NAU and I am double majoring Anthropology/Psychology with a minor in Criminology.

Any questions? Or anyone wanna tell me were to go from here?

Go back to English class! Nah, I'm only yankin' your chain. Welcome to the forums! There are tons of great people here and best of all, we all love dreams. Lucid dreaming is something that, I feel, everyone should know about it. It's not like the days when I played MTG and I was like, "I can't let people at school see my cards or I'll be nailed as a geek forever". I just want to run up to everyone I know and say, "DO YOU KNOW ABOUT LUCID DREAMING". I've annoyed a few family members with my constant talk of it. I don't care, it's the most awesome thing ever... even if I haven't had my first one.

Getting lucid is great, and just the fact that you will be lucid, is a good motivation to keep trying to get lucid (does that make sense?). If you have any questions, feel free to ask in a post, or send me a private message. And don't worry if the questions seem insignificant, or if you don't want to ask them because they've been asked many times before. People here are happy to help.

Caretaker, I've only just recently discovered MTG and loving it!!!! Wish I knew of it back when I was a kid =P.

So your a musical person, Keru?
May I ask if you play any instruments, and your favourite bands/artists?

I play guitar, bass and a little drums (my limbs don't enjoy doing different things a different times. Haha)
I prefer metal but love all music, from acoustic peices to DnB.
