first ld!
the strange thing is, i had about 4 dreams 3 non lucid but i remembered well and the third dream i was on a empty street and in my dream the apocalipse will happen i walk upstairs to get to my apartment and i realize that im dreaming and i sat on the stairs and closed my eyes to wake up, and i did, but in the front of my apartment and i tought: ''wth i'm a sleepwalk?'' then i realize that it might be a lucid dream, i look to my headphones and i could not read the words so i got dizzy and woke up in real life :(
the last thing i said in my head was: ''lucid is really lucid!'' lol
amazing! i hope i have more and it only took a week i guess or even less to have my first ld, and i just used the ''all day awareness by KingYoshi'' it reaaally helped (at least for a newbie) and doing the reality checker everytime. haha im so excited :) and a little scared. thanks guys!

Congrats on your first LD! The dizziness is the headrush you'll get from realizing you're lucid. Usually people's first LD doesn't last too long because they get excited at realizing they've become lucid. Don't be scared either! Lucid Dreams are amazing and let you do whatever you please. It's like being granted the power of God. o_o
Oh and your account was probably erased. There was a reset to about 6 days ago. Something happened to the site last night. ><

The site has been having some technical difficulties, but that's solved now. Congratulations on your first Lucid! In the beginning you tend to wake up because you get so excited. Just try to relax next time and activate all your senses, and you'll be able to stay in the dream longer. Don't try to think about your sleeping body and NEVER close your eyes :)
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Nah that will not and can not happen! Unless you're very mentally unstable or something similar, you're completely safe when exploring the world of dreams :)
