      Hi dreamers.

      Hi all,

My nick is terran. just registered after deciding to try and develop my lucid dreaming skills. I'm very intrigued by all the great stories, techniques and experiences i've read so far here on DV.

      I'm 28 year's old and don't dream lucid anymore. when i was a lot younger i went
Through a period of dream training and I still vividly recall a couple of inpiring lucid's i had back then.

Lucid dreaming is back on my agenda since 2 days. Been reading a lot about all the induction techniques etc. At the moment I can't even recall my dreams anymore, probably due to lack of sleep, drinking and smoking the occasional spliff. So the first thing i'm intending to do is starting up a Dream Journal and training the remembering of dreams. last two nights i had no success, but i'm confident it will return.

Hopefully i've got some interesting stuff to post soon.

      Bye!

      Welcome to DV, Terran

Good luck with the LDs. Starting a dream journal is a great way to back into it.

      welcome to DV
its good that you're going to get back into it ^^ and its good you're gonna start recall
you need to build your recall first to make LDing easier
well, good luck with your dreaming adventure

Welcome to DreamViews. Stay a while

The dream journal will improve your recall greatly. And the occasional spliff won't hurt you.

Do check out the wiki. It is full of great tutorials about induction techniques and dream control.

You really don't need to stop drinking but marajuana will kill your recall.

Get your recall up and then try induction methods. Because if you can't remember your LD's then there is no use in trying.

Welcome to DV, Terran and bauer5152! Starting a DJ will definitely get your recall up - I went from 0.032 dreams recalled per night to over 3, just from starting a DJ!
