hmm...maybe the worrying that you need to remember enough to write down causes stress and makes it harder to remember them? idk... |

Well now that you have created that placebo, I'm sure that your recall will be better when you don't write them down, do you wake up during the night or do you just recall them all in the morning? |

Probably because you are thinking about them more casually. My guess is that when the brain really wants to get details on something, if it's fuzzy, it tells you it has nothing on it because it doesn't want to give you bad info. I'm just guessing, I have no backing for that, but a theory. |

I am actually having the same problem, its almost as if I'm not supposed to remember them, but my recall is not too bad if I remember a part of a dream, and start writing it down i will start to remember the rest. |

now I don't have recall because I haven't been writing them down. I can't write them down though! |
