Welcome to dreamviews The most important thing is to keep a dream journal. I would start by writing down as many dreams as you can remember when you wake up in the morning. This will help you to build up your recall and then, once you remember a few dreams a night, begin working with some different lucid induction methods. If your sleep schedule allows I would also recommend WBTB or wake back to bed. The idea is that you wake up several times throughout the night and wright down any dreams you have had. This is a great way to remember many dreams a night. I have heard it is best to wake up 4 1/2 hours after you go to bed and then every 90min after that but after practicing for a while you will find what times are best for you. After practicing for a few weeks you will likely be able to stop using an alarm as you will have trained your body to wake up after each REM period which is extremely helpful. I'm still learning too, i'm sure some of the pros will have plenty of tips for you. Have fun lucid dreaming
