Three weeks ago, I realized I was dreaming in a rather short dream, I was in math class and noticed that a purple sky and 1 + 1 being 57,928 wasn't normal. I realized I was dreaming. I realize, get excited, and then when I exit the classroom and I fall straight through the floor, hit the bottom, and wake up. Yesterday, I had a dream where I was in china with one a pet dragon, fire breathing and all. I had complete control of the dream and could do whatever I want, yet I didn't actually realize I was dreaming. An example, I would think "Snow" and suddenly it goes from hot to being covered in snow, but I didn't realize I was dreaming. Is that considered a lucid dream? How can I lucid dream more often? I lucid dream once every two weeks, I wanna know how to reduce it to at least once every two days. |

Well the techniques I suggested (DILD and MILD) both induce lucidity while in the dream, so you don't need to get up in the middle of the night or anything. A good idea, if you want to have regular lucid dreams, would be to try out ADA (All-Day Awareness). KingYoshi wrote a great tutorial on this, and it's helped me to have more lucid dreams. |

I honestly never read thoroughly each induction technique. With my level of perception, I think DILD is the way to go for me! Thanks. |
