Although I am in a bit of a recall depression (Due to some stress from school, probably), I want to know what should I do when I get a controllable lucid (Witch I will probably get soon) I've heard that most people get so excited from having their first lucid that they woke themselves up. I don't think I do that, because I have had a frustrating time with dream control in the past, and not awoken myself I had a lucid just as I was gaining interest in this site, probably induced just by reading the article. (If you want to check it out, got to my DJ and look in the prologue (It's The entry from 4/5))

Here are my concerns and questions. First off, As soon as I entered the dream I was fully lucid, but almost Immediately, I dropped into a sort of semi Lucid state. I became fully lucid again at the end to try to save the dream by dream spinning, but failed. I have heard of dream stabilization techniques (Things like rubbing your hands.) to try, so after that, what should I do?

One more question, Will dream stabilization always be this hard, or as I practice, will it take less effort to stay lucid, control dreams, etc
