      The new guy

Hello all! I am new to the forum and i hope to learn alot about lucid dreaming so i too can make my own reality! My name is cody and im from texas. My hobbies and pretty much like any other teen. The reason i want to lucid dream so bad is because it seems like it could be useful for a lot of things. Like stress and other stuff. Mediations get boring after a while so lucidity seems like the next step! Thanks for reading and hope to talk to all!

I would recommend starting with DILD(Dream induced lucid dream) and keeping a dream journal. This way you can learn better dream recall which is really important in starting to practice lucid dreaming!

Here is a link with the description and tutorial: DILD Tutorial - Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource

But everyone is different, so after improving your dream recall you might want to experiment with different techniques and find the one that works best for you.
      Hope this helps
