Has anyone tried to record a mantra and have it repeat throughout the night through earphones? Sort of to help you out with a MILD. Possibly, the effect would be the best if you recorded your own voice. |

Actually, that's a pretty good idea. Although I've never tried it before so I don't know how well it would work, but if I get the chance I will try it out to see if it works. |

I don't think the idea is to concentrate on what is done to you, but to concentrate on what you are doing. |

But as people from time to time use cues, as in flashing lights or similar, why not use sounds with a voice telling you that you are dreaming? Hopefully it won't wake you up in deep sleep, but could wake you in REM (unless you adjust volume to suit perfectly). And instead of having to have something check you REMs, you just have it continuously throughout the night. |

I am not sure "god like voice" would wake me up even in a dream, but a "goddess like voice" well, I am sure that can wake me up anytime. |

You lost me at "Hello"... |
