Hey, guys!
Well, basically I always loved to dream, but I've never really had a good recall...:(
So I found out the LDs and got really fascinated by them xD
I found this site 2 days ago, but only now I had time to make an account... Too much time readind all the interesting threads :cheeky:
I'll try really hard to get this brain to get worked while I sleep. All in all, if I can do all these great things I saw in this site, why I would only sleep, and sometimes(not so often) remember my dreams very vaguely, no fun?
wish me bests ;D

If you start a dream journal then your dream recall will go up dramatically.
Mantras also help get your dream recall up. Try saying "i will remember my dreams" this should help with your recall.
The threads arent the only thing that will help, check out our wiki there are many articles that will help you out.
Bye the way :welcome: to DV!!

Welcome to DreamViews! Dak has some excellent suggestions there. Keep a conscious effort to remember your dreams and always stay positive. Recall will fluctuate a bit, so don't get discouraged if you couldn't remember a dream. Just look forward to your next opportunity. Not sure if this is a possibility for you, but setting alarms throughout the night is an easy way to remember multiple dreams a night. Set the alarms to correlate with your REM periods (try after 4 hours of sleep and 6 hours of sleep), wake up, and immediately write down your dreams.

I'll start a DJ and do the mantra stuff, I really need to improve my recall
actually, it's bad in some way: sometimes(actually, really often) I wake up in the middle of the night naturally, don't know why. for example, last night that happened, and I remembered 2 dreams.
the only problem is that I remember them horribly. I only have some parts of the dreams, nothing really useful
If I do a dream journal, I'm sure I'll get better at recall, and would manage to LD in no time :D

As soon as you wake up, try not to move much, and recap your dreams in your mind. After you have recapped them, immediately write them down. Keep a notebook at your bedside, so you don't have to go searching for one, forgetting your dream in the process.
