well, thanks. im not really using any specific technique, im still trying to find one that fits me. one day, im reality checking whenever i get bored, other im writhing down stuff like "iīm lucid" to get it to my head. i was waking up in the night and repeating "this is a dream" and trying not to move (i think its something between mild/wild, dunno), but it only worked once, and it was really tiring. about goals - dont have one. there are too many things i wanna do. i gues here could be the problem.
oh, and ive had a dream journal, too. not using it much now.
