You need a very good imagination.
      Goals:
      1. Attacking my enemies instead of running away from them~ Ultimately taking control of my dream situation.
      2. Remember that I can always summon a shield around me to protect myself in dreams. No need to fear!

      That's a wee bit vague

If you're new to lucid dreaming then I recommend looking through the tutorial section and reading up on all the different techniques, the various acronyms and what they mean, and get a basic understanding of how the sleep cycle works.

Oh yeah, and welcome to the forum

Thanks guys. I have looked through all the tutorials, grabed an empty notebook to turn into my dream journal, and have decided on trying to use the WILD/DEILD techniques to try and induce a lucid dream. I have had lucid dreams before by accident, but whenever I have them I always seem to have very little controle over my body and my actions, and things are very often vauge and un-detailed, so Im gonna have to learn how to work through that...
