Though I am not the biggest success at LDing, here are my suggestions....
I take liquid B complex vitamins because they are said to help (and have for me) increase dream production, vividness and help to possible attain lucidity (though not for me while taking it).
Also, it will help to keep a dream journal of everything you remember about your dreams, which may help you to establish a "dream sign", something that reoccurs in your dreams that may trigger you to become lucid upon seeing, hearing, feeling, sensing, smelling it or whatever.
Another helper, do reality checks (RCs) throughout the day, ask yourself "ARE YOU DREAMING?" and seriously take the time to answer yes or no and then explain to yourself why you know you are or are not dreaming. Some people also like to try sticking their finger through their palm, or play with the light switch. Eventually these things will become habit and carry over into your dream state, increasing possibility of becoming lucid.
...I love music would literally go InSaNe without it! Classic rock, rock, indie, blues, raggae...all kinds, just not manufactured mainstream poppy crap, I like art...if ur down, we can talk music anytime
