Hello everyone,
Just started remembering dreams and I remember all three every night that i wake up from. I use alarm clock to wake me up at 4.5h, 6h, and 8.5hours. However, last couple of nights I have trouble falling back asleep after I wake up and write in my dream journal. I guess the more I write and the longer I stay up the more my body gets used to being awake? Well anyways this is annoying because I can't sleep after waking up at 6 hours of sleep. Any tips? Or is there a similar thread about this I could not find it.
