A dream journal will definitely help you remember your dreams. Why would you be afraid you won't be able to record anything? Get a notebook and pen and put them beside your bed. When you wake up, try to remember your dreams, then record them. Write down anything you can remember, even vague scenes or images. Eventually, after writing for a while, you'll be able to remember more. |

I will definitely try a dream journal. When I dream I know that my mind is capable of anything because I've always had a good imagination but couldn't bring it out unless i was sleeping. |

I've had the problem before of knowing that you're dreaming, but at the same time not really being aware. My advice is to try WBTB, WILD, or any of the techniques where you can choose when to LD, so you can aim to become lucid at the best time of your REM. |

"Don't kill me. I'm in a dream right now, and if you kill me I'll die in real life too!" -Me, age 5-8, talking to a dinosaur.
Thanks mattbrox I was just looking up the WBTB and WILD threads and they don"t seem to hard to accomplish. Hopefully tonight I can experience a lucid dream...I'm going to use the WBTB and see what happens from there. |
