Hello 
I recently found interest in lucid dreaming, but i haven't tried having an actual LD yet. I have read a lot about it, so i'll hopefully be able to have a DILD soon, but i'm not 100% sure about how many reality checks you have to do, during a day.
I read that people who have done lucid dreaming a lot only have to do reality checks whenever, something out of the ordinary happens and that newbies will have to do it several times a day.
But how many realitychecks should i perform during a day?
I've read one place that you have to do it once every hour, another place very often and a third place around four times a day, which have left me confused.
How often should i do reality checks?
I have also read that meditating before going to sleep can help LD's occur more often, but the problem is i don't know how to meditate. So, do anyone have a great guide, tutorial or video on how to meditate, so i can really start LD'ing.
