Any Tips Please ?
Hey everyone, I created this account a long time ago and forgot about it, I use to (try) lucid dreaming ,had a couple successful dreams, but gave up, recently I've started again, Ive been keeping a dream journal and recording almost everynight for almost a month. In the beggining, I was able to have a lucid dream (very weak though) but for the most part I've had no luck, Ive tried the WILD technique but I cant fall asleep and it keeps me up, Ive been making a mental memo to myself to say " I will control my dreams tonight" through out the day, but I was wondering does anyone else have anymore tips?

Maybe you're focusing too much. Try to relax a little.

For the WILD, it is probably the worst technique to try and learn how to lucid dream with. It is the hardest of all techniques and requires not only lots of dedication, but strong control of excitement (as it can bring allot of crazy experiences). Look through your dream journal and see if you can find any dream signs (reoccurring situations/objects/people/etc.). Then practice some reality checks around these.
When learning to have lucid dreams, it is often best to start slow with the easiest methods. Even though they are unpredictable, they are good boosters to raise your awareness and knowledge of the lucid state, which afterwards I would suggest moving on too something more complicated such as the WILD.

Hey thanks!, last night i attempted another WILD i was close, but lost it, but last night I had my first Lucid dream in months, even though it was kind of weak, it still happened, im goona just continue practicing rc's through the day and maybe try WILD again sometime along the road

Stop WILDind, try DILD or MILD.
