Thread: Lucid Dream question

I've been keeping a dream journal for about 1-2 months and most of the time I'm either dreaming about sex or women. I wanted to ask for tips on how to become lucid. I had a dream once where I asked if I was dreaming but I think I was a little bit lucid. I've been using Brain Sync Lucid Dreaming mp3. What are some good ways to become lucid ?

Gosh, there are so many different ways to become lucid, different lucid dream induction techniques, etc... My best advice to you is that - since you've been keeping a dream journal, you should use that to aid you in becoming lucid!

How?

Well, you can outline your dream signs within your dream journal. So, you usually dream about sex/women. Try doing a reality check every time you see a hot chick, start fantasizing about sex, or have sex. Try to do this as much as possible. Chances are, eventually you will end up doing a reality check within a dream and thus become lucid!

That part might be difficult, but the rest should be easy. Cacophony is right, that's a really good reality check time.

I've tried saying a mantra before I go to bed but it hasn't worked yet. All it's done is make me remember dreams more. Are there any computer programs that can help me ?

try the nose pinch reality check to start as its one of the most trusted reality checks. also start saying some mantras before bed like "i lucid dream", everything else you need to know has already been said

tons man, but i havent even tried going there yet. either ask around for help or search up binaural beats mp3 or something like that. again, im NOT very familiar with the whole idea of using programs or mp3s

Well then, do a reality check every time you THINK about getting laid?

Actually last night I had a dream so real I actually thought I jail-broke my ps3. I had it after listening to Subliminal Lucid 3.0.

Is there anything I can do other than reality checks to get lucid ?
