Get Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge. Seriously. It's the best! I've read it five times. I'll probably read it again. It's helped almost as much as DV! |

"...and we want punks in the palace, 'cos punks got the loveliest dreams..." - A Silver Mt. Zion
It was the best of times. It was the end of times.

I agree with Cacophony. I haven't read it myself, but I've heard a lot more about than the Robert Wagonner one. Plus, Stephen Laberge is ultra famous in the lucid dreaming world, so happy dreaming |

Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming is scientific and instructional. Best first read for someone getting into the subject. |
