How to successfully have a WILD?
I keep falling asleep before such a thing occurs.
I will probably try a MILD with a digital watch but I am also interested in the WILD technique. Does anyone have any advice for the WILD? I lay there thinking, the next scene will be a dream, the next scene will be a dream. But then I notice I begin thinking about the events of the day until eventually I fall asleep. I even try planning out my lucid dream, but that fails. Although I have increased the number of dreams, sadly not their vividness though.
Bottomline, anyone have advice for the WILD?
