Hi, i'm new around here and started trying to lucid dream, but with no sucess. I got a few questions.
1. Can I try to lucid dream even with some noises around me?
I've been trying to focus on stay awake until I start to see "things", but I have noises around me, like my fan or some insects. Is that ok?
2. Do I need to focus on staying awake or can I relax?
When I try to lucid dream, should I focus on "not sleeping" or can I relax and think about my day, etc?
3. About hypnogagic hallucinations
When I to this "part", I get a bit nervous and start moving my eyeballs real quickly and breathe heavier. Is that ok?
4. In my Lucid Dream, can I do really anything?
5. How much do a lucid dream lasts?
6. Are they revigorating as a normal dream?
