Try doing it with Holotropic Breathing. Basically, just start breathing rapidly (not too fast or too slow) for about 20 minutes and then try WILDing. I am thinking that this should put you in SP faster.

      why would Holotropic Breathing help?
Dripping time into a seed that grows into the world and sprouts a fruit that ripens into humans. They stretch up into the sky looking for purpose, wandering when and if their time has come. Realizing the potential they have, they select their paths which weave in and out to make the good and the bad, the pure and the corrupt...

Holotropic Breathing is partly comprised of hyperventilating - such rapid breathing causes numbness, dizziness, and a tingling sensation in some parts of the body. These symptoms are arguably synonymous to what you feel when inducing a W.I.L.D, and, in effect, feeling these sensations makes it easier to believe you are on the path to success.

It's about falling asleep but with some awareness, don't focus on it so much that you stay awake.

Use your cell phone to set task reminders that will vibrate or beep for couple of times and stop automatically. Set the first reminder to go off after 20 mins since you start your WILD and the next one at 35 mins. However, you have to practice to wake up and not move a bit to the task reminders. If you can wake up and not move, use task reminders. Uou don't need to have an anchor to keep you awake during WILD.
