      WILDing Question...

Last night I tried WILDing right before bed. I had already gotten relaxed and cleared my mind. I layed down on my left side and just thought about staying conscious. I remember feeling my breaths getting really heavy and seemed faster too. It was almost a feeling of nervousness but i knew i was relaxed. I tried to envision gravity getting heavier on my body. The HI was getting really flashy and stuff too but then it kinda mellowed out later on. I didnt wanna move because I was afraid i wasn't in SP yet. So i never rolled over in my dream body. Then I fell asleep.

Was I dreaming do you think? Also the whole time i was doing this it seemed timeless. If I could estimate I would think it was 20 minutes long. Help!

I still havn't experienced HI, only rapid breathing and weight on my chest. I was wondering this too, because when I wait to long I just fall asleep.
