      hiya everyone

      my friend that i met through an online game clan told me about lucid dreaming and i asked him about it and he gave me this site. so now i'm trying to learn how....
      i'm kinda lazy and give up too much and fairly eazy but i'm hoping this isn't one of those times i'll get lazy =( sorry if i do and waste ur time

      so hard to fall asleep ><

      ty >< i tried to sleep early >< at ten... couldn't sleep for two hours, woke up and cleaned my bed a little cuz there are papers everywhere.... went to sleep at a little before one.... didn't fall asleep til after three ><!!!

      maybe ur stresing it too much. remember u wanna b calm and relaxed when u go to bad. try doing some sort of exercise till u can't move anymore then go to sleep.

      Excellent advice. Stress and dreams really don't mix. That's why WILD (wake induce lucid dreaming) is hard for me because I'm trying to tell myself to go to sleep.
