Hi everyone! |

Im going to give you a few techniques. Note: They work for me quite well thats not saying that they will work for you, but it might get you started. You want to find a comfort dreaming zone. If you remember the way you went to sleep the one night that you had your lucid, attempt to sleep in the same kind of position. If your planning on going through with it make sure you have nothing that will break you from your dream. IE alarms, annoying brothers or sisters, music, as these things find their way into your dreams. I dont know if the sleeping position really does anything but its never failed me. Give it a try and see what happens |

"...and we want punks in the palace, 'cos punks got the loveliest dreams..." - A Silver Mt. Zion
It was the best of times. It was the end of times.
The one time I did lucid dream, it was waking up in the middle of the night, staying awake for 5 minutes, and then going back to sleep. (This was unintentional, but I later made the connection as to why I went lucid that night.) I'm not sure if a sleeping position would help me, as I can only fall asleep in certain positions, side or stomach. I can never sleep on my back. |

It sounds like the WBTB method is perfect for you, then. You should be able to find it in the tutorials. |

Yes, I do need to work on my dream recall a great deal. I was at the point where I could remember more than one dream per night, but lately I'm not remembering anything. So I do need to work on that first. |
