      Mentally controll lucid dreams happening more often

      Im sorry if the title is confusing but is it possible to summon a dream guide and tell it to make you more aware that it is a dream by messages by dream characters?

      during normal dreams you get a message from the dcs and you are dreaming and it is because you demanded it from your subconscious.
