Hi everyone. I, like many others, first became aware of lucid dreaming due to Inception. So, I decided to get on the internet and do some research on actual lucid dreaming. Yes, that is what you need. But don't forget that RCs do not make you become lucid, awareness do: when you do a RC, question about your current state - are you dreaming or not ? The RCs are there for confirmation. |

How would you all recommend I improve my overall awareness. Right now all I'm doing is occasionally looking around and really questioning if what I'm seeing is real, and sometimes when I notice something ordinary that I usually ignore, I'll take the time to study and make sure it actually makes sense. Is this a good start? |
