Hello everybody my name is Jacob Ive recently been researching lucid dreaming and lots on the subject. This forum has been very helpful. I remember awhile back when i was younger I used be able to remember some dreams and even control them up to a point i was pretty decent at it and i loved to dream and have fun. Any ways when i came across dream recall I thought to myself that my dream recall was a lot worst then it used to be. I barely remember dreams and don't even become lucid any more. Then i learned the cause MARIJUANA. I love the stuff i was very upset that one of my favorite things is messing with another. I stopped smoking yesterday as soon as i found out (not forever though) just to see how it would effect my dreams. I tried WILD last night I woke up after six hours of sleep took a couple sips of pepsi stayed up for a little bit and then i tried it I wasn't very sure on what to think about I tried the counting method I noticed that my mind kept wanting to wander from that and it was rather hard concentrating. I eventually gave up when i saw the sun come up I then went to sleep and this morning i was able to recall two dreams i had they weren't very clear and they weren't lucid but I wrote down what i remembered in my dream journal. Tomorrow I am going to try and wake up after 5 hours of sleep not drink Pepsi and see how that goes. Haven't smoked the reefer in two days hopefully WILDing will go better tomorrow. I would like tips what my mind should be doing while i WILD the counting thing seemed to help keep me busy but I'm not sure Any general tips would be nice Also I'm nervous about not keeping still could the slightest movement of the fingers or toes mess it up?THANK YOU |
