I'm joining because I was once a very good dreamer, and as I get older I find my dreams are fading, and I don't want to quit dreaming. I've kept a dream journal off and on through the years, and have lucid, recurring, vivid, and controlled dreams. (without using any techniques)...many of the techniques here are new to me. I have problems with insomnia now, and I am sure that is a big reason my dreams are not as good. So, my first goal is to get the dreams coming again, and to remember them better. I know my recall is not as good as it was. Any suggestions are appreciated! |
