Hi SteveSleep, |
|
So I tried a WILD the other night simply out of curiosity. I knew it was an extremely difficult thing to do on a first try but I tried to stay optimistic. As I lay in my bed I lightly focused on the colors in my eyelids and the ambient sound in my ears. After a good while, I started to feel extremely light and my body would naturally twitch. Then my bed felt like it was shaking lightly back and forth. As time passed, my bed REALLY started shaking violently back and forth, and my eyes went completely pitch black and I felt somewhat floaty and delirious. MY heart was beating so unbelievably hard, and the pounding made its way to the tips of my toes. I felt like images were slowly presenting themselves in front of me. Then I made the mistake of snapping out of it and thinking of what my body felt like, and I lost the "in my head" feeling that I had. Was I only nipping the surface? Was I not even close at all? Any thoughts are much appreciated. |

Hi SteveSleep, |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Well, I can only give an opinion because I have yet to experience this, but I believe you are pretty close to a WILD dream don't snap yourself out of it next time. |

Thanks for the comments guys. I think next time I'll have to try and stay as calm as possible and try to completely disregard external feelings and thoughts. Appreciate the help. |
