Thumbs up Another Newbie, Another Intro

      Hey y'all, snibbity dibbity.

Since tonight is probably a lost cause, I thought I'd briefly introduce myself: I'm in my early twenties and I just recently rediscovered the concept of LD. I had done it a few times in my childhood, mostly utilizing the lucidity as a means of waking up from the occasional nightmare. I've just been reading up tonight and I've drafted a notebook for use as a journal. The current plan is reality checks throughout the day and, if it happens like I remember it happening, I think I should have more luck DILD...ing. I may introduce timed alarms throughout the night, but only after I finally normalize my sleep schedule. Does that sound like a plan or does anyone think I am missing a key element? Eager to get started, and happy to be here!

Hey Xeinos, welcome to the forum. Sorry your first reply was from a spammer .

Your plan sounds pretty good to me. Since you're going to be using an alarm I recommend looking up WBTB.
Also glad you're going to normalize your sleep schedule, it really helps with LDing .

Danke! I just beefed up on WBTB, and I'm thinking I might try FILD as well in conjunction with this. It's a lot of different types of attempts all at the beginning, I know, but I like to cast my net as widely as possible
