Reality Checks:
- Asking myself
- Pinching nose
- Pushing finger through palm
- Finger coutning
Dream Signs:
- Usually around friends
- Depressing or spooky theme. (Though this is rather on and off)
Short-Term Goals:
- Be organized
- Remember to write in my dream journal, even if it's just small fragments.
- Figure out a method which works best for me.
Long-Term Goals:
- Enter a state of lucidity, even if it's short.
- Become more aware in general.
- Use the lucidity in a beneficial way, to speak with myself.
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- Unable to recall any. Will have to update.
Current Technique:
- As mentioned above, I'm currently trying to see what technique works best for me.
I'm going to look into all of them, and decide which to try first. Most likely DILD.
Extra notes
So, this is the first time I've actually attempted to create a workbook for this, or learn about it in general.
I've finally after a long time, cut all distractions, and shit that I kind of need to do, but is optional, and focus completely on learning about lucid dreaming, and attempting it the best I can, and as soon as I can. This is more due to recent events than anything. Or more realizations, which have to reasons I want to lucid dream, but will be noted at later date.
