      Iggie's workbook [Intro class]

      Hi everyone!

I became interested in the art of lucid dreaming during 2014 holidays. By that time I always thought i have no dreams. The blessed internet made me realise I just don't remember them, so I started working on my dream recall. The results came immediately. Every evening i convinced myself i will remember my dreams and so I did (or maybe not every night i did, but surely most of the times).

I could recall my dreams, but then the school came back and I didn't work on attaining lucidity. I seriously started working on that in february this year, which resulted in 2 LD's, but those were weak. The first time I did RC, but suddenly the dream changed completely and I have forgotten about the awareness. The second I performed RC, but then i followed the plot nad lost lucidity, which I couldn't forgive myself

I struggled with MILD, which turned out not to be that simple, so it discouraged me. Now I want to practice SAT, which I hope to transform into ADA after some practice.
I realised ADA is advantageous, because the dream itself becomes the dream sign. Above that I started to live the zen philosophy. The zen mindfullness fits perfetcly to ADA's assumptions, so I can kill two birds with one stone

I remembered a dream a day on average, but during last 2 weeks my dream memory suddenly decreased tremendously. I wake up with my head entirely empty, sometimes I have only some subtle impressions and nothing more comes to my mind even when I try to remember something. I don't know why it happens, nothing changed in my lifestyle recently, so I have to work on it and that's my first goal. Do you guys have any pieces of advise on how to manage in this situation?

Hope DVA will help me becoming lucid, I really want to master lucid dreaming. My strongest motivation is my interest in the possibilities of the human brain and mind. I really like to learn new things, develop my mental abilities and have fun doing it! Self-development (especially in terms of mind) is my passion and lucid dreams give me a great possibility to expand my mental horizons.

      Keep Lucid!
