Just sort of a short history of me and LDing: When I was about 6 or 7, I was walking through my house when I looked at my father's bookcase and saw that he had a book called, "Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge (I now am acquainted with LaBerge, and if I hadn't read his books I wouldn't be where I am today). I saw it had a cool (for a 6 year old) design on the front and I wondered what it meant. I found my dad and asked him what lucid dreaming meant. He said it was the ability/phenomenon of being self-aware in a dream, or being able to control yourself in a dream and not only realize that it was a dream when I woke up. I thought that was really cool and asked him if he had ever done it. He said he learned how to do it on his own when he was a kid and did all kinds of cool stuff such as flying, etc. I immediately thought that I should do it, but being the little kid that I was I forgot about it the next day. It wasn't until about last December that I saw the LaBerge book on the bookshelf again and I asked myself what it meant. I then remembered what my dad had told me and I researched it on the internet. I found DV and I've lurked on here ever since now. So yeah. That's my story. Hope you guys can help me and I'll be posting any new info on what I attempt here in my workbook.

Lucid/Dream Recall History:
