First and foremost I want to say Hi. Definitely excited to have some Lucid dreams. I've had a couple in the past and am hooked for more.

- Short Term Goals-
* Complete my Reality checks everyday
* Get better sleep and at least 8 hrs on workdays
* Remember at least one dream each day and write it down (Record 30 dreams by the end of January )
*Complete my affirmations every day and before bed

-Long Term Goals-
* Fill at least 2 new dream journals by April
* Have at least 1 lucid dream per month
* Begin having two lucid dreams a month by July

-Reality Checks-
Started doing them today. Nothing too crazy going on that would initiate them, so right now I'm doing them when I'm on the elevator at work or walking through a doorway.

Last note for today: Just bought dream leaf today. I bought some awhile back and it helped me remember better and gave me more vivid dreams. Hoping to use what I know now about lucid dreaming along with dream leaf to increase my chances on having a lucid dream.
