      Welcome to the class

Your reality checks are a bit hit and miss, I fear. I think it'd be better to change them up to things that are more guaranteed to work like counting your fingers, or plugging your nose and seeing if you can breathe.

The best reason for having dreams is that in dreams no reasons are necessary.

No sailor controls the sea. Only a foolish sailor would say such a thing. Similarly, no lucid dreamer controls the dream.
Like a sailor on the sea, we lucid dreamers direct our perceptual awareness within the larger state of dreaming.

      Ok thanks, I've changed them
Today I haven't remembered any dream, it's still an empty DJ.

Have you tried setting yourself up to recall your dreams before you even go to bed at night? Resolving to remember your dreams at night is far more effective than trying to recall them in the morning, I've found.

Well today i've going to sleep at night (0:00AM) and have listened to audio aid before I sleep even I said yesterday in mine mind that I remember my dreams after I wakeup a several times. I setted my alarm on 8:30AM for the C.A.T technique and again no dreams remembered. I'm a real rock if it comes to remember dreams.
Tonight I gonna try to sleep in more light room because it's very dark.

Should it be better to do set alarm on 5o'clock (5 hours after I sleep) and then try to remember my dreams and wrote them in mine DJ?

Your alarm clock could be the problem, I find whenever I'm shocked awake by an alarm I instantly forget any dreams I had. Practicing to wake up naturally works better.

That's great! Just keep it up and I'm sure more and more details will come with time.

Thanks! Does something help on focus on details like asking to yourself what did I did there or how does it goes further?

I find I recall details better when I drink a glass of apple juice before bed for the B6, but other than that, time and patience is your friend.

Thanks RareCola I'll try apple juice tonight. Update of today: I recalled one dream in big lines:
Me and my girlfriend were in a mysterious place where we've got jobs. One of them was that we must defeat our enemy by some kind of reason that was her dad. But we must kill him with fighting against him in our dream
I can't remember more but the feeling of have a dream inside a dream was weird especially I did RC inside the dream and realised it was just a dream inside my own dream but couldn't have the full force of it. I didn't know if this was semi lucid onebut in my eyes this is my first non-lucid that I remember well.

Either I've purchased yesterday the audiobook: "Control Your Dreams: Lucid Dreaming Guided Meditation for Beginners, Silent Meditation, Self Help & Wellness"

Night 1: I've listened to the main track and try to see a stairway with 20 steps but couldn't visualize that it was my first attempt to be one with my inner and it worked almost. I've got a beter recall of it.
