Reality Checks:
-Try to put fingers through palm (make sure to try more than once)
-plug nose and try to breathe
-question: "how did I get here?"
-try to earth bend

Dream Signs:

characters/people: characters from the office, zombies,
friends, work associates
anomalies: weaknesses in running or hitting/ emitting force, UFO's
actions/events: cant use washroom no matter how hard i try >_<'
playing somesort of video game

Short-Term Goals:
-Turn into an animal (panther)
-try to earth bend
-fly over a forest
-pet a lion

Long-Term Goals:

-meet my dream guide
-View, and interact with a huge storm to witness the power of mother nature
-play the guitar with the black keys
- meet: john lennon, george harrison, janis joplin, vincent van gogh, jimi hendrix, tenzin from: avatar, Bob marley, Gandhi,
-plant seeds and watch it grow into a forest in minutes
-meditate with buddha
- meet otherworldly beings and have tea with them

Lucid/Dream Recall History:
I have had 20 lucid dreams mostly within 2010-2011
I can recall from 2-4 dreams per night


Current Techniques:
DILD-will usually be the last dream i have before waking up
WILD-usually when taking naps or using the "wake-back-to-bed" technique of waking up for an hour and reading things about lucid dreams, going to bed and repeating my mantras "I will have a lucid dream, I will meet my dream guide"


*meeting my dream guide i know will probably only happen when I've invested more time but it is the most important thing to me
