      Chrysalis' Workbook

      Reality Checks:
      Nose Plugging
      Checking Digital Clocks

      Techniques Used:
      None, but the only lucid dream that I've had was a DILD. I plan on trying a combination of WBTB and MILD tonight.

      Goals:
      [] Stabilize a lucid dream.
      [] Have a WILD.
      [] Fly.
      [] Summon a person.
      [] Control water.
      [] Have an epic sword fight with someone.
      [] Cause some music to play (ex. turning on a radio, using songs as background music, etc).
      [] Eat some food.
