Hey, welcome to DVA thedanknight! |
I had 1 non-luicd dream last night it took me 5-10 min to recall and im doing regular RC. I cant seem to recall the faces of DC idk why. im going to try WBTB+MILD I heard it works better that way. the only dream sign ive seen is weirdness but i guess most dreams are weird |
last night i had another non-luicd dream and today i got some B6 to try tonight. in my most recent dream i asked myself if i was dreaming but woke up before i could do a RC im making progress |
Oh sweet that IS progress! You achieved enough awareness in your dream to ask yourself if you were dreaming. Well done man. You're one hair from full lucidity, so keep doing what you're doing!! |

Oh well done! Yeah sounds like you were getting the vibrations and some sleep paralysis there. Next time that happens, try to remain calm, and you should be able to move your dream body and get up out of bed and start the dream. Sometimes the paralysis can be unnerving and it's hard to resist trying to break out of it forcefully, but like you experienced, it can wake you up. |
Hello thedanknight. That sounds like a DEILD to me, which is basically WILD. I'm not sure if you actually made it to the dream. Did you see anything? If you could only hear things, perhaps it was some of the hallucinations associated with sleep paralysis. In SP, it's not uncommon for people to see or hear things, and then those images or sounds can lead to a full dream! You're making a lot of progress, congrats! I'd suggest that next time, you focus on your surroundings a little before you start moving. |
i had two non-luicd dreams in one night |
Good job on recalling dreams and noticing a dream sign! Most dream signs aren't out of the ordinary, they'll probably be stuff you see a lot of in waking life. Keep looking for dream signs! |
yesterday i went to the store and got some sleepytime herbel tea its relaxing i drank a cup before bed and woke up at 1:30 PM and i had 3 dreams but i cant remember them |
Good! Hopefully that tingly sensation was a form of WILD vibrations. Now that you have had that feeling, focus on it next time you feel it. Perhaps imagine the dream scene you want to enter as you do that. Good luck!! |
i DEILDed this morning but i had almost no controle i went to sleep woke up at 6:00 got up and set in my dark room and repeted my mantra for 10min then i went to sleep woke up after a dream and roled over and i imagend me walking down a staircase and conting as i walked 1 2 1 2 to controlr my breathing i felt the vibrations and felt like i got suked into my dream body hears the dream |
Wow, congrats on WILDing thedanknight! I'm glad that worked out so well for you. Just try stabilizing a little longer next time (or experiment with different stabilization techniques) and you'll be golden! |
Oh nice! |

i got some appel juice i heard it increases dream vivednes if it dose i'll stop taking B6. my dream recall hasent been good lately but the dreams i remember are getting more vived but i still cant see DC faces. |
So any luck with the apple juice? |
i havent tried it yet i forgot |
i had some Vibrations this morning after WBTB i tried to Focus on the felling but i guess i used too much brain power and they went away. |

Check out my DreamViews Podcast with OpheliaBlue!
The best reason for having dreams is that in dreams no reasons are necessary.
No sailor controls the sea. Only a foolish sailor would say such a thing. Similarly, no lucid dreamer controls the dream.
Like a sailor on the sea, we lucid dreamers direct our perceptual awareness within the larger state of dreaming.
i am now a member of the IOSDP im also trying to get my sleep pattern back in order ive been staying up way to late. |

Dance like nobody's watching
it is indeed penutbutter jelly time
That's great, thedanknight. I didn't realize you were interested in SD. I've considered joining the IOSDP. I'd like to join once I have LDs more frequently. The idea of shared dreaming and experimenting with it is fascinating. Have you found a partner for it yet? I hope that SDing successfully motivates you! |
