I'm pretty new to lucid dreaming & the community, but when I was young I had a lucid dream before I knew what Lucid dreaming was. Recently, I've been doing DILD with aid of MILD before I go to sleep.

So far, I've had dreams where I realize that I'm dreaming but I either forget to stabilize or I panic a little bit which makes me wake up. Last night I fell into a hazy dream and remembered to scream "More lucid!" but I think I got too excited and woke up (with SP )

meet people
explore places

Reality Checks:
Poking finger through the palm
Nose plug

Also I was wondering if there are any other things I can do before I sleep to increase my chances of lucid dreaming, like meditation?
