Thread: i could use a a lot of help!

there been some wierd things going on my house for 1 year now for instances my girlfriend getting the thinnest scratches on her while she is sleeping these arent human scatches one stratch was even the shape of an A, my laptop moving from one place to another while im sleeping, feeling the lightest touch on my bum before i go to bed, small hand marks on the window after a snow storm when there is condensation on the window and i havent even touched it . They where too long to be my girlfriends hands and way too small to be my own. Another thing my girlfriend seemed like she was possessed while she was sleeping by this being she wouldn't wake up for the life of her, i told her to wake up multiple times but she wouldn't and she was very angry at me when i tried to wake her up her eyes where rolling around like the exorcist. My girlfriend doesn't remember these things happening to her. Also i smell things that aren't there, i am not a paranoid person. I smell smoke for two seconds and then it goes away. on the side not i am a man of god a i pray to Him when i need help He answers my prayers. I love Him and he loves me. I wear a crucifix everyday and i also wear it to bed. Please stop questioning wether god is real or not on these forums even if you put a million dollars worth of research you are still not gonna prove that god exists or not. Can someone please help me get rid of this being in my house it has caused me a lot of pain and suffering.

I much the same problem in a way. I had the most bizarre things happening in my house.

Jesus of Suburbia helped me figure out what was going on in regards to the strange occurrences and I think you could get answers too if you posted in that thread.

If you post here you are just gonna get Christians telling you that the devil is stalking you, or atheists who are gonna say you are bullshitting, delusional, etc.

Or that it could be a medical condition. We lock up schizophrenics, why would someone who believes in X thing be denied the scrutiny... just because you're "not supposed to question peoples beliefs"?

People sometimes scratch themselves while sleeping. Why couldn't the source of hers be the same? Why assume that they weren't "human" scratches?

I don't know about your laptop moving or small hands on windows. Either it's explanable or there is something else... If it happens a lot, then film it and see for your self. About "feeling touches", that's up to you to decide as well. As Ska said... If you want to believe there is something supernatural going on, then I can't stop you. Personally when I feel, smell, see something unusual, then I attribute it to some perceptual anomaly/hallucination. I see no reason to assume ghosts just because something like that happens. I would be convinced though, if I got picked up and thrown 50 m into the air.

I mean, who knows? Maybe you're a sleepwaker and you moved your own laptop. Whatever moved/moves it around, it's worth filming.

I've woken people lots of times and people do strange things if you wake them up. If her eyes were rolling around then she was probably in REM sleep, so she was dreaming. That would also explain her angry reaction and also the fact that she might not remember it. I've tried to wake someone up once and he got angry, hit me pretty hard fell asleep right after and didn't remember it in the morning. Now I could either think he is possessed by the "demons" or that there is an acutal "neuro-physiological" reason for his reaction. I mean if I'm having a nigthmare, fighting zombies, you better not wake me up.

Can just be some minor hallucination or a symptom for some medical condition. If that happens a lot then I'd get a doctor to check it out.

Sorry if you or anyone else sees this as another atheist trying to disprove things or whatever. Apart from the moving laptops and hands on windows, I don't see any reason to believe there are ghosts in the house. If these thing really happen then film them.

Just because his solutions are logical and do not include any supernatural being does not make him negative or an elitist.

If you're going to ask for help, then consider and be open minded to all the answers you get. I'm not dismissing any of your ideas that there is something trying to catch your attention; I've had paranormal experiences too. But be logical. Try all the possibilities before insisting on one of them. You're not going to get any help if you can't stand the chances of being in the wrong.

he made this thread looking for help and advice and all that anyone has to offer is scrutiny. logical or not it's not offering anything helpful.

if it was me in your position i would meditate n just send positive energy to your surroundings .. you all can call me crazy if you want but i know what i believe in.
