For someone like Xei he's so certain that only the truth of highly experimented concepts or excessively verified things are allowed. Almost completely the same as a staunch Christian so certain in his faith; of course.. Xei has a better leg to stand on.. but he's so certain that life has no meaning that anything strange is immediately dismissed.
