I think that I can't prove it seeing as I have not devoted my life to science and have no funding or laboratory. Also, being inorganic, they are hard to recognize since all our definitions of life only apply to organic life. I could prove it to you non-scientifically if you come to my house. But I can only promise to show you terrestrial inorganic life-forms. However, even traces of organic lifeforms from space have been found on meteorites, although they are not that intelligent, being like a fungal spore or something.
Some inorganic life-forms however do have an organic body, although it does not look like they really do. Hmmm, that doesn't really make sense, I don't know how to say it otherwise. Let us see, in the movie the Matrix, the agents are sentient programs although they look human. That isn't really a good example, but it is the best I could do.
