Well I never get any sleep. Insomnia kicks my butt and some days I'll stay up till 5am and wake up around 3pm. Not having school or work really messes things up and I can't get to sleep early. I know about sleeping gradually to set my schedule right. But I was wondering is there any techniques or something for people who stay up late? Or maybe a possible WILD would work being so exhausted? Haven't tried anything being up so late I just pass out. I searched around didn't find much, maybe I didn't look hard enough :3 |
