this has been in the back of my mind for awhile now, and i think this has even been introduced before (then again it might not have, i dont known:p) although i havent really started messing with it yet, i plan to start real soon, and i would love it if some others would like to try it with me here it is.
all you need is a vibrating or really quiet alarm, preferibly a vibrating one (cell phones work best) and your favorite reality check.
set your alarm to go off every 30 min. When it goes off do a reality check. When night comes go to sleep (dont bother setting the alarm for 30 min. yet) do a wbtb after 5-6 hours of sleep and read about lucid dreaming foor as long as you like (if the wbtb is long enough then you might want to set the alarm again) then when you are about to go back to sleep set the alarm for another 30 min. put the phone right next to you or hold it in your hand and go to sleep. when it goes off hopefully it will make it into your dream and you will do a reality check.
