      Practice Self-Suggestion(Daytime)

      Hello luciders!
Ok, nothing special, but maybe worth to share my idea,it looks good andmaybe someones like it.

Because i look the 'mantra' as a technique by itself, i do the following thing couple times of a day.
U just need to laying down(eyes closed), and say ur mantra about 5-6 minutes, just like when u do it before/while falling asleep. Then u sit up(ur eyes still shutted down), and walking into another room(be careful)
U just need to open ur eyes then, and u feel yourself in a dreamstate, u dont even need concentration, takes no effort to imagine.U may need to do an RC.
I think it helps to get better the results of the self suggestion.
I usually say my mantra, when i go to bed first time at the night, u have chance at ur first REM too, but ofcourse u have better chance when u wake up from rem, and fall asleep again(And when u do this practise at daytime, even the time of ur mantra and the starts/continue ur dream is the same.
Hope i didnt irritate you guys with my english
      Sweet dreams everybody

For me it's not only a technique, but a way of living.

The power of intent is stronger than you think. Think about something right now in your life that you want to change, now intend how you want it to change, by doing this and by understanding that you literally create your own reality, you can make anything happen. I use this attitude towards lucid dreaming as well.

Try for example to intend to wake up at an exact time, say to yourself "I wake up exactly at 03:00" and see what happens.
Then try "I am aware of my dreams and I remember them with clarity".

This easy tasks is a good way to get familiar with the power of intent.

Then you can try to come up with a way to intend the changes you want in your life.

This gives a bigger meaning to the phrase "Everything you are is a result of what you have thought".

So be in control of your thoughts and you are in control of your life.

      Awesome!

Also remember though that no matter how good a method or technique might be, you should always put the credit on yourself and not the induction.

Instead of saying "I know the best lucid dreaming induction in the world!!!" say "I am the best in the world!"

      Sweet dreams
