I'm discussing my experience with random spontaneous recall here:
http://www.dreamviews.com/f45/sponta...dreams-114248/

This experience allowed me to examine many different fragments of my dreams, and here's my hypothesis:
Dream fragments that I recall have two things in common.

These dream fragments contain a "seed" scene. This scene is the clearest memory of the dream and contains other non-visual information, like feelings, actions, dream scenario, etc. From this scene most of the dream may be recalled.
Within the scene one of the objects is most prominent. I think the dream stability is in reference to that object. All other objects may be hazy, but this one is concrete. It may be room itself, pavement, a vehicle, etc.

As such, if both seed and anchor objects are present at the moment of dream reentry, the dream may be reentered.

Why is this significant? Because as described in my spontaneous dream recall post, I'm recalling all sorts of dreams that I've never recorded on paper! Some of them share a common theme, others share similar anchor objects (for example a river).

As such, I hypothesize that I may be able to reenter any dream that I've ever experienced if I first recall it in the spontaneous dream recall state and remember its seed and anchor.

Up to date, my most successful seed was my old school's classroom as both seed and anchor. Now its time to experiment with something better.

This may take a while to prove/disprove. Anyone had similar experiences?
