This technique i have developed over recent weeks and it is working for me big time, have had many many more DILD then ever before after using it.
This is a tech that can and for best results should still be used along side others such as WBTB and WILD.

I must warn that the technique really needs to be done by those with rather good dream recall, i mean then type of person who can conjure the imagery from a dream as far as a month back.. but of course, you can simply do it on a night by night basis also rather then going a full month back.

its very simple but it seems to really awaken my subconscious awareness of strange occurrences and make me lucid via a DILD.

you simply create a new dream journal for dream signs. collect all of your dreams from the last month, go through every one and mark in red every single event that occurred that was utterly unrealistic, something really silly, like a person whom you never see anymore appears in the dream etc.

its vital, as far as my own experience, to keep a separate file for such experience and keep your regular dream journal separate!

then you need to do a little exercise with the mind, you simply go to each red line, re live the event that was utterly unrealistic and imagine yourself recognizing it as so, really vividly imagine yourself become lucid becuae of the unrealistic happening..

i know it sounds like a basic dream sign recognition technique, but its worked for me so well because of the imagination exercise.
